Returns Policy

At Titan Ball Machines New Zealand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Titan ball machine or accessories, you may return them within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• The item must have been purchased directly from the Titan NZ website.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Batteries are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons.
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping.
• Alternatively, we can arrange return shipping on your behalf, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

• To start the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
• We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Please note that the refund will exclude the 5% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred.
