Delivery Information for Titan Pickleball and Titan Tennis Machines in New Zealand
At Titan New Zealand, we strive to make the purchase and delivery of your new pickleball and tennis machine as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We understand that investing in a high-quality pickleball machine or tennis machine is an important decision, and we are committed to ensuring it arrives at your doorstep safely and on time.
Christmas & New Year Deliveries
Orders outside of Christchurch - we recommend ordering by 8 December to ensure your machine arrives before Christmas.
Christchurch orders - we recommend ordering by 19 December to ensure delivery before Christmas. You can collect orders on 23 December from our store in Christchurch. Please contact us and we can arrange this with you.
December & January Store Hours
We will close at 5pm 23 December 2025 and reopen 19 January 2026. You can still order online during this time but we are unable to process your order until 19 January.
Delivery Cost
Delivery fees cover the packaging, handling, and transportation of your machine to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A signature is required on delivery.
Ball machines - $100
Pickleball nets and sets - $25 delivery
Accessories - $15
Small accessories - $10

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible - usually in 24 hours. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress every step of the way.
Titan Nationwide Delivery
We offer reliable nationwide delivery across New Zealand for all Titan Pickleball Machines and Titan Tennis Machines. We courier all order via NZ Post.
Tracking your Delivery
Once your order has been assigned a courier ticket you will receive an email with your tracking number for NZ Post Couriers.
Please use the NZ Post tracking website to track your delivery, or call NZ Post 0800 268 743 for any enquiries.
