Battery & Charger Recall

1 May 2025
During our safety and quality testing, we have discovered a small batch of batteries from one of our suppliers may overheat during charging, creating a potential fire risk.
Your safety is our absolute priority, which is why we are taking immediate action to address the situation.
Please note that your Titan ball machine is not affected.
⚠️ Required Action: Stop using your battery and charger
To ensure your safety, please follow these steps:
Stop using the battery immediately. If the battery is in your machine please remove it. If the battery is on the charger please disconnect it.
Prepare the battery for recycling
Watch our guide to battery recycling video to remove the Titan label and mark the battery with an "X" (use permanent marker) to prevent reuse.
Take a photo of the battery marked with an "X" - you will need to submit this photo to claim your refund.
Recycle it for free at any battery recycling centre such as Bunnings Warehouse.
🛡️ Your Compensation
To get you and your ball machine back on court as fast as possible we will refund $290 for the battery and charger. Then you can pop down to your local Bunnings Warehouse and pick up the equivalent Ryobi battery and charger (which are a match to the Titan battery and charger). Or you can order them online and save yourself the drive. See the links below:
Buy the Ryobi 18v High Performance Battery
We will also give you a 6 month extended warranty on your Titan machine.
👉 Next Steps
Please email us and attach the photo of your battery with label removed and marked with an "X".
If you paid via Internet Banking you will need to contact us with your account name and number so we can process the refund. Payments made via credit card will be automatically refunded to the original card used. Let us know if you'd prefer a different payment method.
Once we receive your email we will process the refund within 3 business days.
